Construction leadership for mission-critical infrastructure.

Century Mission Critical supports complex infrastructure projects where speed, coordination, safety, and field execution all matter. Our role is to bring construction discipline, communication, and accountability to high-demand environments built for modern workloads.

// What we do //

Six disciplines. One accountable team.

Field-tested capabilities for high-demand environments — select a discipline to see how Century runs it.

Discipline you can see on site.

From utility entrance to final turnover, every phase is planned, communicated, and executed with the same field discipline.

// How we work //

A disciplined path from planning to turnover.

Every mission-critical build moves through coordinated phases so complex work stays on the critical path.

PHASE 01 Early Planning We engage early to align scope, site logic, schedule realities, and construction priorities before crews mobilize.
PHASE 02 Site & Utility Coordination Civil, utility, access, and logistics work are sequenced so the critical path stays clear.
PHASE 03 Construction Execution Structure, power, and cooling infrastructure are coordinated with disciplined trade sequencing.
PHASE 04 Commissioning Readiness Installation, documentation, punch list, and closeout are coordinated to support a cleaner turnover process.
PHASE 05⏻ Energized Closeout & Turnover Documentation, punch list, and turnover are handled with the same field discipline used during construction.

Have a mission-critical project taking shape?

Bring Century into the conversation early. We'll help you think through construction needs, schedule realities, field coordination, and the right next step.

Where we engage first Early planning
01 Scope alignmentWhat you're building, and what it demands of the site.
02 Site logicUtilities, access, logistics, and phasing thought through early.
03 Schedule realityA build sequence aligned before crews mobilize.
